On Saturday 26th September, Cotswold Karate School will be hosting an awesome 3 hour workshop with Jamie Clubb. Jamie will be delving into the principles of Muay Thai, and how they can inform other arts like Karate. Through the use of partner drills and exercises you will explore how to use cross training effectively.
